Mai Kuraki was born on October 28, 1982 in Funabashi, Chiba and is a Japanese pop singer. She has recorded 7 studio albums, 5 of which went to #1. She has also released 27 singles, 3 of which went to #1, as well as a compilation album, and 9 DVD/Videos.
